We like to keep changes flexible and your new plan will start immediately. If there’s a difference between the cost of your old and new plan then we will adjust your next payment to charge or refund you the difference for the remainder of this billing month.

Your next payment will be £32.00. For each subsequent month it will be £12.00 as normal.
